Lease and Rental of Real Estate

• The amount of one monthly rent/lease for agreements lasting from 12 to 36 months
• The amount of one and a half monthly rent/lease for agreements lasting 36 months (3 years) or more

(In the case of annual or multi-month rent/lease payments, the total amount will be divided by the number of months it covers in order to determine the equivalent monthly rent/lease value.)

VAT will be added to all stated prices in accordance with applicable regulations.
