Obavijest o načinu podnošenja pisanog prigovora potrošača

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (“Narodne novine” No. 19/22, 59/23; hereinafter: the “Consumer Protection Act”), the company Futura Premium Estate d.o.o. hereby informs consumers that they have the right to submit a written complaint regarding the provided service in the following ways:

  1. in person at our business premises,
  2. via e-mail to: goran@futura-premium.hr, or
  3. by post to the following address:

    10 000 Zagreb

Without delay, we will confirm receipt of your complaint in writing by post, e-mail, or in another manner corresponding to the way in which the complaint was submitted.

A written response to your complaint will be provided no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 9 of the Consumer Protection Act, Futura Premium Estate d.o.o. maintains and keeps records of written consumer complaints on a durable medium for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the complaint.
